Every day we have a minimum of 60,000 thoughts and majority of those thoughts are the same thoughts we had yesterday. If we want different results in life, we must first change our thinking.
How many of those everyday thoughts are you actually aware of? Most of the time they are so ingrained in our mind that we don’t even realise that we are thinking them,they have become so habitual it’s like we’re on default mode.

These thoughts are constantly driving our emotions and our actions, which in turn then create our results.

How does your inner critic show up? We all have that little voice in our heads telling us that we’re not smart enough, skinny enough, pretty enough and sometimes it be so subtle that we don’t even realise it’s affecting how we feel until it’s too late!

Before we can change our habitual thought patterns, we must first become are of them.

So on today’s podcast episode I take you though a process to uncover your habitual daily thoughts so you can choose whether they are serving you or not. From there you can start to change them.

Firstly we need to learn how to interrupt the pattern so we can start to choose a different thought. There are many techniques you can can use to improve your inner critic and turn her from the mean girl to the cheerleader and here are a few ways I take you through today!
